Also, make sure that your lircd.conf file and lircrc agree on button
names _exactly_. If lirc is running normally (i.e. irw works) and you
are running MythTV and Xine with LIRC support, the likely culprit is
the connection between lircd.conf (the button definitions) and lircrc
(the action definitions).
