I ran into an incompatibility with my PVR 350 and AverTV HD A180. The 
saa3147-dvb
driver depends on some i2c modules that conflict with lirc_i2c, so I 
just bought a streamzap
for $30. It's an excellent remote, and very similar to the PVR 350's. 
The receiver is a bit
better too.

It has a few less buttons, like Guide, but I get by.
