I'm not sure x11vnc is the best tool for what you're looking for.  I'd
advise installing RealVNC and using the X module that comes with that to
enable VNC on the main X session.  That'll give you all the features
you've asked for and will also be faster that x11vnc (as it's hooked
directly into X).
