[mythtv-users] Dish Network receiver hookup to a MythTV box with Hauppage PVR-250

I have Dish Network Satellite and a MythTV box.  I'd like to record shows from satellilte to my MythTV box.  How do I hook them up?
1.  Using caxial cable: from the satellite receiver coaxial OUT to the MythTV Hauppauge PVR-250 TV tunner IN (coaxial)? Or directly from the satellite disk to the tuner IN (is this even possible?)?
2.  Using composite cables: from the satellite Red/White/Yellow OUT to the Hauppauge A/V IN?
3.  Using composite/S-Video cables: from the satellite Adio/S-Video OUT to the Hauppage Audio IN/S-Video IN.
 
Any comment and advise is welcome and much appreciated!
