I just found a VGA to Progressive Transcoder for $52.79 on the web:

I can't vouch for it's quality because I know nothing about the brand.  
However it is almost half the price of any others I've seen so I decided 
to give it a try.  If you're in the market for one, this appears to be a 
great deal.  Anyone know anything about this particular model?
