[mythtv-users] Finding xmacroplay-keys for use with MythGame

Does anyone know where on earth to find the file xmacroplay-keys?

It's referenced here (http://mythtv.info/moin.cgi/MythGameHowTo? 
action=highlight&value=emulator) as a way to get fceu-sdl to exit  
using the remote control, but for the life of me I can't find it  
anywhere, including at http://xmacro.sourceforge.net.
