[mythtv-users] How to fix skip ahead on file imports

I recently imported some files back into my backend that were from a 
previous Myth recording using the script
'Myth.rebuilddatabase.pl<http://Myth.rebuilddatabase.pl>'.
These recordings no longer "Skip Ahead" in 30 second increments or 
commercial skip. How can I fix those problems?
