[mythtv-users] SATA and IDE ATA100 in the Same LVM grouping?

Yes, and no.
The only thing to be aware of is that SATA drives appear under "s"
devices, PATA appear under "h".
Here's my "cat /proc/mdstat" and my "/usr/sbin/pvdisplay" output:

As you can see, I have a mixture of PATA and SATA devices, each
partitioned, partitions belonging to RAID 5 volumes, which are then LVMed.
Yes, seems overly complicated.
