[mythtv-users] Media MVP Setup Guide

I second both the link provided and the sentiment. The WAF for the MediaMVP 
(running MVPMC) is probably higher than for the MythTV frontend (due mainly 
to the simplicity). The only resource I used was the link that Paul 
provided. I had it running in about an hour (dongle image, DHCP, etc).
