Jono,

If you selected ALL, you have many many channels defined in your database...
Mythfill should work (I get the same errors - ignore them) but it will 
take a long time, I'm sure mine took a couple of hours last week on my 
new build...

The best bet is to use MythWeb (the webserver plugin) and delete any 
channels you don't get/want, this will speed up the fill.
Next time you run it it shouldn't take as long...
