This means that freedesktop.org was temporarily unavailable. gstreamer
is hosted there, so it was down, too.

yum isn't forgiving when one of the repos does not work. Either wait
until gstreamer is available again, or tunr off gstreamer, or use
smart/apt instead of yum.
