I'd intentionally tried to cut out all of the DVB channel numbers
(missed that one) as they are irrelevant when setting up the channels
in MythTV. The important steps needed if the version of MythTV used
doesn't have DVB scanning is to ensure that the channel entry points
to the correct multiplex (ITV/C4), and the serviceid is correct (from
Sutton Coldfield, mine is 8442).
