Pretty much.

I'm looking at ~5000 artists.  So page up/down helps, but isn't wholly
sufficient.

That said, I am excited to see people working on music stuff.  I just
don't have any good interface suggestions right now.

FWIW - the 5k artists is when you break apart the individual artists
on multi-artist tracks and other cleanup stuff like that.
