[mythtv-users] Slow video with KnoppMyth

I just installed KnoppMyth R5A16 and video display
is very slow, something like 10 fps, and possibly
delayed.  CPU usage is very high:  49% mythfrontend,
43% mythbackend.

My system:
   ASUS A7S8X-MX, AMD XP 1600+
   HD-3000 using S-video input
   On-board graphics - Sis Real256E

I know that the processor is not very fast, but
it should handle displaying TV without problem.

Any suggestions about what might be causing the
slow display and high CPU?
