[mythtv-users] Purchase PVR 500 and Accessories

I'm looking to buy NTSC PVR 500 to add to my Myth Box.  Not only am I looking for the best price but also the accessories within the box.  The OEM version which maybe the best price doesn't contain any of the accessories.  
   
  I already have 3 remotes (PVR350 and 2x PVR150).  The PVR 350 didn't come with a radio antenna which I'm looking for.  I also found an a Composite/S-Video plus Stereo Audio Inputs. That would be nice to have as well.  Does IVTV support the Composite/S-Video on the PVR500?  Are there any other accessories?
   
  Any suggestions on where to buy?
