XBMC is great, but integration with Myth is poor at best. If you really want 
that, install linux on it and compile Myth. There as a post a few days back 
with a Myth specific ISO for the xbox one of the listers put together.

As for XBMC itself, you'll want to use torrent or the newsgroups to download 
the latest T3CH build and follow T3CH's instructions on how to install it 
properly.
