[mythtv-users] (OT) Digital cable in Netherlands

Is anyone in the Netherlands using mythtv with digital cable
(specifically Casema, though I suspect others are similar)?

If so, what hardware are you using - the normal set top box somehow
controlled from lirc or a PCI card + a card reader. And where do you
get the listings from for the channels not on analog cable?

I don't think Casema plan to switch off the analog signal any time
soon, but they are currently refunding the cost of the set top box, so
now is a good time to look at this.
