[mythtv-users] Encrypted program OTA?

Has anyone seen this? On my system: recording, live tv, etc. all work 
fine, except for one channel, PBS-HD (of course the most important one). 
If I go to live TV, and switch to this channel, the screen goes black, 
the OSD shows up , but no video or audio. It never times out. I have to 
ssh in, and reboot.
If myth is set to record on that channel, this is what shows up in the logs:

Here's my questions:

1. It looks like it's not locking on to PBS, but if I look at signal 
strength on my sony tv, it's on average 90 something % for all channels, 
PBS included. I can't imagine it's not getting a strong enough signal.

2. What is the "symbol rate setting" and why is it out of range. Where 
is that set up?

3. I'm guessing that the line "Ignoring encrypted program" is because 
it's not locking on, as this is all OTA. I don't have cable. Is that 
likely? Any other possible causes. Searches on this turn up the soruce 
code for 'dtvsignalmonitor.cpp', but I am no coder so I don't have a 
clue why it's flagging it as encrypted.

Knoppmyth R5A22
MSI NEO-3 motherboard
P4 3GHz
Geforce MX4000 video DVI out
DViCO Fusion 5 Lite tuner (with CVS of v4l and dvb_kernel)
HD3000 tuner (alternately)

Any ideas? Any help is appreciated (greatly!)
