Sorry Claude,

there is no card to do what you want. You'll have to connect your 
capture card to the composite/S-Video output of your Illico (Scientific 
Atlanta Explorer) STB, then use an IR Blaster to change channels. I've 
been doing that with my own Illico terminal (in Quebec City) for the 
last six months and it works fine for SD.
