Maybe you should take your complaints to the -dev list

I've been reluctant to send mail there, since I'm not a Myth
developer. Some developer groups are very protective of their
list bandwidth, and I'm unsure of the etiquette in this case.

My assumption has been that some developer on this list will forward,
or that some developer (or at least some non-devo with a better sense
of the etiquette) will tell me that I should send the buglist there
(or that I should break it up into bite-sized pieces and check it
directly into the bugtracker, or whatever).

Given the amount of heat a simple list of bugs generated, I'm
especially reluctant to drag it over there, unless the devos
are more likely to pay attention and less likely to call me
names for bringing up the issues in the first place than the
(public!) reaction here. (The private reaction has been quite
a different story, incidentally.)

This is especially interesting in the light of ijr's recent
snarky comment that I should only be sending mail to -dev if
I want to "start contributing in a useful manner". His attitude
seems to be that pointing out where usability is bad is not, in
itself, useful. Apparently I'm supposed to start checking in code
without any discussion first. If that's not the case, or if I
should really be sending mail to -dev and/or checking in bug
- reports- (at least), I'd be happy to do that.
