Hmm, are you using the V4L drivers or the DVB drivers?

The V4L HDTV recorder should record all the audio channels, which
you can switch between using the "+"/"-" keys. The DVB recorder
will usually do the same, but if you have wacky language settings
in "Appearance:Localization:Guide Language #1/2" it might not.

You probably need to rescan for channels. MythTV no longer uses
the channel frequency id to determine the minor channel or 
program number, instead it uses the atscsrcid column in the
channel table which is set when you scan for channels in 
mythtv-setup.
