[mythtv-users] Remain in MPEG-2 but remove commercials?

Why not just turn on auto commercial skip in myth?  No need to
actually cut them, just have myth skip them.  This has the advantage
that if the commercial detection gets a false positive, you can back
up and see what was skipped.
