[mythtv-users] Black and White input/recording?

Thanks for the post.

Outputting to PAL? how would that setting get set?

To be quite honest I think it's displaying as black&white as opposed
to recording in B&W?

These errors perplex me -

Could not find matching colorspace - retrying with -vf scale...
Opening video filter: [scale]
The selected video_out device is incompatible with this codec.
VDecoder init failed :(

I will say that I've tried reloading the video drivers (GForce) and
resetting the PVR250's settings per Jarrod's guide and nothing is
having an impact.

What do the above errors mean? Can I uninstall IVTV and then
re-install completely or does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm
definitely at a loss...

Thanks.

I know that here in th UK if we output an NTSC signal to a PAL Television it
will appear in black & white so i guess you are encoding in NTSC and
out-putting to a PAL TV or vice-versa.
I guess you could change the settings with "ivtvctl" or in "mythtv-setup"
