I use and recommend the BTC 9019URF.  It's got an inbuilt joystick which
serves as either a mouse or a joystick (great for xmame stuff too) plus
handles for walloping errant children/animals. :-)

I can't recomend this one from personal experience, but I have to admit it
looks pretty neat:

The keyboard works via RF, and it also has an integrated IR learning remote
built into it.  I've been eyeing it for a while ... kinda pricey though.
