Well, not to put too fine a point on it, but.... join!

Us at EFF, or Public Knowledge, or Consumer's Union or Consumer Federation of
America, who, along with some library associations you can't directly join,
were the folks who brought and fought this suit.   Public Knowledge
deserves a big chunk the credit in this suit, but feel free to contribute
to more than one.
