[mythtv-users] Just getting started

I am in the process of putting together a mythTV box.

I want to use a PVR350 for MPEG Decode when I playback Movies (MPEG 3). I
also want to preserver the AC3 encoded soundtrack (DTS/Dolby Digital), and
pass it through to my Receiver (For Decode).

>From what I have figured out so far, I need to split the MPEG 2 Stream
first, before it gets to the MPEG Decode on the PVR 350, then route that
stream to the onboard digital audio out on my motherboard.

My question is, does myth support this? If so, any tips as to where to start
to get this to work. I am not interested in the audio out on the PVR 350
(Since it is only 2 channels).

So in the end, I want to be able to do Movie Playback, with AC3 Soundtrack
via Myth.

Thanks

-Chris
