[mythtv-users] Backend "Idle" processor usage

According to "uptime", my backend system (Athlon 2400) shows a load of
0.00 when not recording.  The only thing with a non-zero cpu time
according to top is lirc_dev (at 0.7%).

Was that 0.6-0.7 the load average, or the percent cpu?
