I have a Northwood C2.2 in mine (Pundit-S), but since the CPU fan vents 
straight out of the case it should handle anything that the MB and PSU 
can handle and for the Pundit-R that's up to and including a P4 Prescott 
3.2GHz (Pundit-S handles up to 2.8GHz). And, it has video-out already so 
you really don't need to add a video card.

I have a 120GB 5400RPM HD, an ASUS quietrack DVD and a Nova-T in my 
Pundit and it's vevy, vevy, quiet. The only thing I miss is a Linux 
driver for the card reader...
