Until yesterday I was using the over the air grabber on some channels as 
well as tv_grab_uk_rt and it seemed to be grabbing data for all the 
channels rather than just the ones I enabled in the channel setup.

I saw a lot of those messages in my logs but I paid no heed to them - 
until I noticed that I was sometimes getting 2 program start times - one 
5 minutes before the 'real' start time.

Since I disabled the over the air grabber the start times are back to 
normal although the DB still moans about duplicate entries as in your 
log - so I guess it's nothing to worry about.
