I've written an dpolished a version of the TVTome module.  it could
use a little more refactoring and some more error checking, but it
basically works, and i've used it
to fill my database with data from pre-recorded shows.

it has a dependency on Cache::FileCache so as to not hit tvtome.com as often for
multiple eps in the one series.
