Can anyone who has a working Nova-T based system give me a few pointers!?

I''m trying to get this setup on my Myth box, running the stock fedora 
core 2 kernel (2.6.5-1.358) but I'm having troubles with the module 
tda1004x. I have been trawling the internet and have come to the 
conclusion that my kernel should have dvb support built in. However this 
lacks the tda1004x module. A couple of sites I came accross noted it was 
possible to copy the file ttlcdacc.dll from the windows cd and place it 
in /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/ as tda1004x.bin.
I should be able to then load this with modprobe tda1004x. Unfortunatly 
this doesn't work for me and i get the error that it is not found. Has 
anyone else experienced/resolved this issue that could give me a few tips?
