[mythtv-users] no mythstreamtv-0.96 audio (mythtv-cvs, FC3)

Hi Joshua / all,

After successfully using mythstreamtv-0.96 in the past, I have rebuilt my FC3 
box and mythtv via cvs. This includes following the MythStreamTV readme 
precisely. All mythtv modules work flawlessly, as does my Nova-T for DVB-T.

MythStreamTV successfully starts a stream via MythWeb and Windows media player 
starts on my laptop and displays video perfectly. It is just silent!

(There are several threads on the mythtv lists and the wider google about no 
audio, but none detail answers).

Any ideas from anyone?

I have written a MINI-HOWTO for MythStreamTV and once I get it going again, 
will post to help others.
