Don't know where you might have downloaded it from but use the one
in the ./contrib/ dir of your mythtv source

And then did it ask you for you Postal code and lineup? if not,
then something is hozed with your XMLTV installation and/or perl
packages required for xmltv. Setting up xmltv for the first time
can be a PITA and may not be worth it if it is only for this small
one time task.

Even before setting out to resolve xmltv troubles, you can at least
load many/most of your icons from the master list provided.

$ cd mythtv/contrib
$ mythfilldatabase --import-icon-map ./master_iconmap.xml --update-icon-map
