[mythtv-users] MythDVD and Xine

So, I have MythDVD running and it successfully plays a DVD using xine.
 However, there are two problems.  First, the video appears to be
slightly larger than the screen so that some of the picture is not
visible (ie, off screen).  Second, I can see the top of the xine video
playback window (the menubar) and it's a little annoying.  Does anyone
know how to fix either or both of these issues?
