There is no tutorial that I know of.  If you're a C++ programmer
already then its not too hard to figure what's going on from the
source of other plug-ins.  News and weather are probably the simplest
to understand.  You also have to figure out QT and its classes.  Qt is
actually pretty cool for event-driven programming.  I enjoy it.
