All:
I'm not on HDTV yet and this is probably too simple of a solution, but
I had similar problems with 24 until I turned off commerical autoskip
-- all the dark scenes and weird split-screens were killing the
commerical detection. Any chance you are having issues with the
commercial detection and autoskip?
