 	I have seen messages like this.  While trying to replex the result 
of the convoluted mencoder->avidemux->rebuild-b-frames->cut->export-mpeg2, 
replex spews out things like:

 	I'm beginning to think that the lossless mpeg2 cutting will have 
to be that, as well as an mpeg-equivalent of a time-base corrector.  With 
broken streams coming from the capture card, it's tough to deal with them, 
unless they're fixed straight-away.  Nothing seems to do that.
