The program almost works. I'm not sure if my files are broken or
what, but nuv2avi produces a 1:1 aspect ratio, and audio sync is off by a
few *seconds*. The file is a PVR-250 capture that's been cut/transcoded
to MPEG4. I believe the sync issue has been known about for awhile?
