Take out the "|" at the end. It thinks it should look for Baltimore,
Washington and "".

This one would be the problem. Current CVS will show you the error
ahead of time and not let you create a rule until it is okay to do so.

Don't need to, you can remove it from within myth. Go to Set
Priorities and find the title "MLB (Power Search)". Press Enter,
change the rule to "Do not record this program" then Save.
