Anyone have a patch, or example code for adding a menu item to Myth that
launches arbitrary commands ?

I would think this would be a piece of cake. Just create a menu button,
and associate it with an application to run.

The reason I am asking is because I am about to start putting together a
carputer, and want to use Myth as the interface. I will have an LCD
mounted in my dash were I can load MP3s, Movies, etc. But I also want to
play with GPS and wireless sniffing, and want to be able to select "War
Drive" from the myth menu and launch Kismet, or something.

Anyone know of a way to do this ?
