[mythtv-users] PIDs missing along with dvb_channel data

I too see exactly the same issue. I built 0.17 from source, and am not 
upgrading from 0.16. I used ./setup and did a scan which seems to find 
the channels okay. Then I run mythfilldatabase. Then when I run mythtv I 
see the same error about PIDs missing.
