[mythtv-users] Configuration problem with PVR-350 and GeForce2 with tv out

I've set up a KnoppMyth box that includes an AGP GeForce2 card with
TV out and a PVR-350 and want to output my video through the PVR-350
tv out. I'm new to KnoppMyth (but not linux) and have been playing
with this new machine for about a week now, have looked at all the
PRV-x50 notes and think I have figured out the problem but not a
solution. I believe I am having problems because my AGP graphics card
has video out and I want to use the 350's video out. (note, the IR
Remote also isn't working but I think that might be partially due to
this pvr-350 setup issue) The error I get starting the X server is:

(EE) open /dev/fb1: No such device
(EE) No devices detected.

Just above this in the log I see

(II) FBDEV: driver for framebuffer: fbdev, afb
(II) Primary Device is: PCI 03:00:0

lspci -v gives:

0000:01:0a.0 Multimedia video controller: Internext Compression Inc
iTVC15 MPEG-2 Encoder (rev 01)
Subsystem: Hauppauge computer works Inc. WinTV PVR-350
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 16
Memory at d8000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=64M]
Capabilities: [44] Power Management version 2

0000:03:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV11

Memory at d0000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=128M]
Capabilities: [60] Power Management version 2
Capabilities: [44] AGP version 2.0

My XF86Config-4 specifies:

Section "Device"
Identifier "Hauppauge PVR 350 iTVC15 Framebuffer"
Driver "fbdev"

### change fb1 to whatever number you got in the previous section
Option "fbdev" "/dev/fb1"

### change the busid to whatever is reported by lspci. Note that
### output of lspci is hex, so add a preceding "0x" to the BusID
BusID "1:0x0a:0"
EndSection

my /etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv is set to:

alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-61 lirc_i2c
#options ivtv debug=1
#options tuner type=2
options msp3400 once=1 simple=1
install ivtv /sbin/modprobe tuner; /sbin/modprobe msp3400;
/sbin/modprobe saa7115; /sbin/modprobe --ignore-install ivtv
remove ivtv /sbin/modprobe -r --ignore-remove ivtv && /sbin/modprobe
-r saa7115 && /sbin/modprobe -r msp3400 && /sbin/modprobe -r tuner
