[mythtv-users] PVR-350 clarification

It is very simple. Just copy the ivtvdev_drv.o over your original and
install the latest ivtv-driver 0.3x.
So make a backup of your original ivtvdev_drv.o driver. I don't now wich
distro you are using, but i find compiling of ivtv drives the best option.
