[mythtv-users] Possible to keep multiple languages when transcoding?

I'm capturing video using DVB-S cards; the recordings on several
channels have multiple languages (german + original english for
example).

If I transcode these (to mpeg4 for example), only the first language is
present in the new file - is there any way to keep both audio streams?
