Richard,

I have just about an identical setup to what you're looking at, however
I opted to go the dedicated Video Card Route.. using an nVidia FX5200
and downgrading to the PVR-250. I am not disappointed in the least bit,
and can say that this will handle just about anything you throw at it.
If you're thinking about going the Celeron route, why not go with the
Sempron? Cache isn't going to play a huge difference, especially since
your capture card will be handling the encoding. The only problem I
forsee with either a sempron or celeron in the future is with HDTV
decoding. It might be able to handle one stream, as a FE/BE.

Either way, I think you'll be pleased. Good luck!

-James
