[mythtv-users] picture jumping up and down by about 1/4 of the screen

has anyone else seen this problem and do they know of a solution?

when i enable the bob deinterlacer and then i enable one of the aspect ration 
modes which stretch the picture vertically (4:3 zoom, 16:9 zoom or fill) the 
picture jumps up and down by abou 1/4 of the screen at a variable but rapid 
rate (like and old b/w tv which had lost vertical hold). this happens in 
windowed or full screen mode.

have i misconfigured something?
