[mythtv-users] Time offset; losing first few seconds of recordings

Wow, the TV stations where you live are a bit more punctual than the 
ones here.  I had to hack mythweb to add 20 minutes to the end of every 
recording because the broadcasts are *always* late!

Why can't you just change the pre-record time in Options?  If you set 
both the start and end time to be three seconds early, there shouldn't 
be any scheduling conflicts, and it is a lot simpler than to tweak the 
system clock.
