Known bug from a couple days ago. Most likely triggered when a recording
ends on a slave host. There may be a resolution RSN. Thanks for the
independent verification.

I get the same problem, but I don't have a slave backend.  I can trigger
this loop by deleting a program or stopping an in progress recording.
