again, I think it is because the apache user does not have the vlc
command in the path.  If you put the absolute path to the vlc (i.e.
the output of 'which vlc') in the mythstreamtv.sh, you should be able
to get it working just fine.

I only managed to get mine working properly last night.

Also, I threw together some control functionality for pausing,
restarting, and seeking within the stream last night.  I forwarded it
to Joshua, for him to take a look at, but it was really rough.  Maybe
in the next couple of weeks he will be able to incorporate it though.

If anybody would like me to forward it, email me direct, I don't have
anywhere to host it.
