I gave up and went with my sis card i have lying around. Now my problem
is, and with this PVR 250 card i've never had a problem before,
wavyness, on certain channels. Certain channels are ok. Others are
wavy almost like PPV channels without the box and that you haven't paid
for, just not as bad. I've used this card on a different PC that i
switch out for my gaming machine, but in the same place with the same
cables, and that didn't have a problem with picture quality. This
certainly does. Any suggestions?
